Regina is passionate, not only about helping, but creating change in the lives of others. She is one who realizes that the desire for happiness is fundamental to all human beings. Regina’s love for psychology and the mind has led her to not only concentrate her studies on psychology, but in neuroscience as well. She specializes in the treatment of Anxiety and other mental health disorders, and believes learning is the key to overcoming psychological distress. Her dedication to psychological healing and growth led her to establish the Healthy Mind & Brain Center that utilizes neurofeedback, psychoeducation and psychotherapy as its primary methods of treatment.
Regina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Social Work (MSW), and a Doctorate in Executive Leadership. She is also a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), and holds certifications in Neurofeedback, Applied Neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Anxiety. Regina is currently working on her Ph.D. in Psychology with an emphasis on Cognition and Instruction.
